I've actually begun considering pulling a Brad - abandoning my primary e-mail address and informing only my real live correspondents of the new address. That's pretty drastic, but I'm getting mighty tired of cleaning out my inbox.     1 comment(s)  

I find that the combination of SpamAssassin at the ISP and a well trained SpamBayes on my PC gives me good enough protection to make email usable, but only barely. Plus there is some small satsifaction that comes from 'classifying' the spam that gets through as you delete it, making it harder for them to hit you again.
