Where's the Court coverage?

Why doesn't Slate have coverage of Eldred v. Ashcroft?

Dahlia Lithwick reported on the Supreme Court on Monday the 7th, then Tuesday the 8th, then... skipped 8 days? Bizarre. I wanted to hear her take.
