Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger - arstechnica

Apple's releasing another update to its OS tomorrow, which means it's time again for a really in-depth exploration of the new bits and the (apparent) thinking behind them from John Siracusa:

I definitely won't be upgrading to Tiger in the next few weeks (just in case there are real glitches), but we'll definitely get the Family Pack and upgrade all our Macs within a few months.
