Could a Windows browser based on KHTML be on the horizon?

While it won't exactly be Safari , a web browser utilizing Apple's WebCore framework might be running on Windows some day. Crazy stuff...

It occurs to me that with an embeddable Safari rendering component (the abovementioned WebCore), enterprising programmers could make their own Safari-based Mac browser with tabbed windows. Apple doesn't have to be the one to do it.

Heck, for all I know, such a programmer could borrow some tabbed-window code from Chimera or Mozilla. :) Open source, woo.
