When it rains, it pours...

Sorry about the missed post today. Been very busy with work work work.

Also, I had my first media interview today. It's funny, in all the previous media hoopla over weblogs I haven't been contacted until now ... I must be living better now or something. Look for an article on weblogs in a major midwestern newspaper on Tuesday, with (probably) a quote or two from me...

(And I apologize in advance to other webloggers if this causes more backlash or unwelcome overhype...I tried to present a balanced view, I really did.)

Today I also submitted a sample column to a local community newspaper looking for a 'pithy' monthly tech-whiz Net columnist. We'll see how that goes.

Finally, just as I was contemplating a substantial reworking of my method and/or posting schedule and/or design, Jorn pointed to my page Monday as an example of design he likes (thanks!), tripling my traffic for a couple of days. Heck, I guess I'll stay like this a bit longer then. :)

I promise a real update tomorrow, though it may be late in the day.
